Amongst many Part Wall Act commissions, we have considered and advised on a proposed extension on the line of the party fence and acted as the ‘surveyor’ for an extension and roofing works where a flying freehold existed culminating with the Party Wall Award. We have also advised where proposals are not covered by the Act despite owners believing otherwise.
