Our considerable experience means that we are able to produce reports addressing issues identified in the ‘Particulars of Claim’. Coupled with the use of ‘Scott schedules’ we are able to minimise the time parties need to spend on the expert witness element of a dispute. We aim to assist the court by making our reports and our giving of evidence as clear and concise as we are able.
