We have given advice on a relatively simple case where drainage problems had not been properly investigated by the managing agent in a block of flats. Elsewhere our work has involved identifying how moisture was entering the property and damaging finishings and investigating why a property was suffering from intermittent extensive damp. In another situation diplomatic investigations resulted in the whole roof conversion works having to be taken down and reconstructed.
