Our many projects include extensions to a extremely pretty cottage in a sensitive location requiring delicate negotiations with the local authority following earlier refusals to alter the property. At other sites we have worked on the conversion of a garage area into living accommodation with open ceilings and internal alterations to a Victorian house to improve the enjoyment of living in a wonderfully spacious home.

We have completed a new house on a green field site in the heart of a Hampshire village and have undertaken negotiations with the local authority for outline planning permission in a backland situation on the edge of the New Forest.
